This is by far Sony's best value Blu Ray DVD player and is a great addition to your household's High Definition entertainment system.
It will output video (via a HDMI cable) at 1080p and the sound quality is amazing. With a great DVD upscale you can watch your existing DVD's better than ever.
It can also play CD's in fantastic audio quality.
I also know that it's possible to have multi region DVD's played on this - Just search the web for a how-to and hey presto.
Again, nothing more to say as it's a Sony.
